Welcome to our website. The Inside Out Body Spa is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Yosemite National Park, just about half way between the towns of Oakhurst and Mariposa. The ambiance provided by the beauty of the forest and mountains makes for an ideal spa destination. We offer state of the art therapies to relax and revitalize the body, mind and soul.
Our spa is family owned and operated. Dr. McClure received his B.A. in biology from the University of Hawaii in 1972, and in 1977 graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. For the past thirty years, Dr. McClure has combined nutritional consultation with gentle chiropractic techniques to enhance the health of his patients. He is the author of “Our Body, God’s Temple”. This book addresses health care from a nutritional perspective.
Jacque McClure has worked along side Dr. McClure as a chiropractic assistant for the last twenty years. She also is a licensed esthetician. Her specialties include microderm abrasion, European facials, lymphatic detox treatments, and blue waxing. Jacque uses the finest of natural products in her services.
Massage therapy is available at the spa. Techniques offered include Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Thai foot massage.
The underlying philosophy of the day spa is that it is important to be healthy on the inside to be healthy on the outside. Our goal is to provide enjoyable effective services to accomplish optimal internal health along with therapies that nourish and improve the health and appearance of the skin.
